Is there a minimum order amount?
Yes. As a Trade Customer, every order you place should be for a minimum of £75 of goods please.
What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
We charge £5 per delivery within the UK via Royal Mail first class post or UPS Tracked Delivery.
Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
We take payment via Stripe or PayPal both of which use most major credit and debit cards.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Not yet, but please contact us at hello@nevesbees.co.uk and we’ll see if we can make a special delivery.
How long will delivery take?
We promise to dispatch all orders within 48 hours (subject to delivery) and use Royal Mail first class post. If your order is urgent, please email us hello@nevesbees.co.uk and we’ll do our best to get it to you sooner.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
You will receive a dispatch note. Should you specifically require an invoice, please contact us hello@nevesbees.co.uk and we’ll include one in your order.
